We make the remodeling process smooth, transparent, and stress-free from the first consultation to the final walkthrough. Here's what you can expect when you work with NW Modern Construction:
1. Free Consultation & Estimate
We start by meeting at your home to understand your vision, take measurements, and discuss layout ideas, materials, and budget. You'll receive a clear, no-obligation estimate outlining the full scope of work and timeline.
2. 3D Design & Material Selection
You’ll work with our designers (at no extra cost) to choose materials, finishes, and layout. We offer samples, recommendations, and a full 3D kitchen design so you can visualize the finished space before we begin.
3. Project Approval & Scheduling
Once the design and estimate are approved, we sign the agreement, order materials in advance, and set a project start date to keep everything on track.
4. Pre-Construction Preparation
We handle demolition, site protection, and any needed plumbing or electrical updates. Dust barriers and floor coverings are used to keep the rest of your home clean during the remodel.
5. Remodeling & Installation
Our licensed and insured crew completes all work to code, including cabinetry, countertops, flooring, painting, and finishing touches. We keep you updated throughout the project.
6. Final Walkthrough
Once the remodel is complete, we walk through the space with you, inspect every detail, and take care of any touch-ups right away to ensure you’re fully satisfied.
7. Cleanup & Completion
We clean the work area thoroughly and leave your home exactly how we found it, except with a brand-new kitchen. You'll also receive care instructions for your new materials.
8. Warranty & Support
